The great blue heron is a large wading bird in the heron family Ardeidae, common near the shores of open water and in wetlands over most of North America and Central America, as well as the Caribbean and the Galápagos Islands. I took this photograph at Shark Valley,

I have traveled extensively throughout the United States and lived in Europe for two years. My paintings are influenced by my travels and are a reflection of my personality and style. My love of nature, animals and music is reflected in much of my work. I earned a Bachelors Degree from Florida International University and now spend much of my time painting in my studio.I enjoy the visual arts and recently added my photographs to my gallery.
